You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items should be unused and in their original packaging.
📋 How to Start a Return

- We'll send you return instructions within 24–48 hours.
- Ship it back — once it arrives and passes a quick inspection, we process your refund.
💵 Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
💔 Damaged or Wrong Item?
Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll ship you a free replacement — in most cases you won't even need to return the damaged item.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, personal-care devices that contact skin can only be returned if defective. Gift cards are non-returnable.
